THESO is an African fund manager and systems-transformation institution. We receive, manage and allocate donor funding under applicable agreements across approved focus areas and operating environments.
Systems-Level Transformation
THESO manages donor capital for systems transformation through approved programmes, documented delivery arrangements and institutional-transfer pathways. Programme design is informed by benchmark evidence, local context, safeguard requirements and the terms of each funding agreement.
Approved programmes are designed with relevant institutions, delivery partners and affected communities where the funding arrangement permits. THESO applies documented controls, verification and reporting, with evidence status and limitations stated where available.
